We hereby inform that, on 1st July, 2008, 50.000 units, regarding the increase of the issue "Warrants sobre Teixeira Duarte - Call - 2 EUR - 18.12.2008", issued by the company Commerzbank Aktiengesellshaft, were registered, under the code KEE7WP. These warrants are fungible with 150.000 warrants already issued (total amount in circulation: 200.000).
