We hereby inform that, on 1^st July, 2008, the corporate name of "PATRIS Capital - Sociedade de Capital de Risco, S.A." was changed to "Patris Investimentos, SGPS, S.A.". The shares representing the share capital shall remain registered under the code PRS AM.
