We hereby inform that, on 24th July, 2008, 1.000.000.000 ordinary bonds of Instituto de Gestão da Tesouraria e do Crédito Público, I.P. were registered, regarding the loan "OT 4,375% Junho 2014", which auction took place on 23th July, 2008, under the code OTE1OE. These bonds are fungible with 500.000.000.000 bonds already issued (total amount in circulation: 501.000.000.000).
