We hereby inform that, on 12^th September, 2008, 86.775.800.000 ordinary bonds of Instituto de Gestão da Tesouraria e do Crédito Público, I.P. shall be registered, regarding the loan "OT 4,95% - 25 Outubro 2023", which auction took place on 10^th September, 2008, under the code OTEAOE. These bonds are fungible with 300.000.000.000 bonds already issued (total amount in circulation: 386.775.800.000).
