We hereby inform that, on 30th September, 2008, 500.000 units, regarding the increase of the issue "Warrants sobre Nasdaq 100 - Call - 1.950 USD - 18.12.2008", issued by the company Commerzbank Aktiengesellshaft, were registered, under the code KEIFWP. These warrants are fungible with 500.000 warrants already issued (total amount in circulation: 1.000.000).
