Capital increase of MTP AM

We hereby inform that, on 3^rd October, 2008, 500.000 shares, with a nominal value of 5,00 EUR each, were registered, representing the increase of the share capital from 5.000.000,00 to 7.500.000,00 EUR of Metro do Porto, S.A., under the code MTP AM.
