We hereby inform that, on 16th October, 2008, 500.000 units, regarding the increase of the issue "Warrants sobre Allianz SE - Call - 120 EUR - 17.12.2008", issued by the company Commerzbank Aktiengesellshaft, were registered, under the code KEP9WP. These warrants are fungible with 250.000 warrants already issued (total amount in circulation: 750.000).
