Capital increase of BPS AM

We hereby inform that, on 28^th October, 2008, 80.000.000 shares, with a nominal value of 1,00 EUR each, were registered, representing the increase of the share capital from 360.000.000,00 to 440.000.000,00 EUR of BPN - S.G.P.S., S.A., under the code BPS AM.
