We hereby inform that, on 14th November, 2008, 111.623.400.000 ordinary bonds of Instituto de Gestão da Tesouraria e do Crédito Público, I.P. shall be registered, regarding the loan "OT 5,45% Setembro 2013", which auction took place on 12th November, 2008, under the code OTEGOE. These bonds are fungible with 604.269.626.013 bonds already issued (total amount in circulation: 715.893.026.013).
