We hereby inform that, as a result of the existence of the conditions for the anticipated loss of the rights inherent to "Warrants Estruturados sobre DAX - Put - 4.650 EUR - 14.01.2009", issued by Commerzbank Aktiengesellshaft, and registered under the code KEAGWP, one was cancelled the registry on 2^nd December, 2008.
