We hereby inform that, on 4th December, 2008, 32.500.000.000 ordinary bonds of Instituto de Gestão da Tesouraria e do Crédito Público, I.P. shall be registered, which auction took place on , under the code OTEAOE. These bonds are fungible with 436.775.800.000 bonds already issued (total amount in circulation: 469.275.800.000).
