Registry of the increase of quantity of OTE3OE

We hereby inform that, on 13^th February, 2009, 77.030.200.000 bonds of Instituto de Gestão da Tesouraria e do Crédito Público, I.P. shall be registered, regarding the loan "OT 3,35% 15 Outubro 2015", which auction took place on 11^th February, 2009, under the code OTE3OE. These bonds are fungible with 585.569.700.000 bonds already issued (total amount in circulation: 662.599.900.000).
