Subsequent to the extinction of Média Capital Telecomunicações, SA due to the respective merger, by incorporation, in "Média Capital - Editora Multimédia, S.A.", the correspondent cancellation of the registry, on 29th May, 2009, of 10.000 ordinary shares, book-entry and registered, under the code MCT AM, representing the share capital of that Company, is made public.
