We hereby inform that, on 16^th September, 2009, the share capital of CÓGITUS - Sociedade de Animação Turística e Científica, S.A. was reduced from 8.255.000,00 to 1.238.250,00 EUR, by changing the nominal value of shares from 5,00 to 0,75 EUR, registered under the code CGU AM.
