We hereby inform that, on 16^th October, 2009, 81.115.600.000 bonds of company Instituto de Gestão da Tesouraria e do Crédito Público, I.P. shall be registered, regarding the loan "OT 4,10% 15 Abril 2037", which auction took place on 14^th October, 2009, under the code OTE5OE. These bonds are fungible with 616.143.300.000 bonds already issued (total amount in circulation: 697.258.900.000).
