We hereby inform that, on 20th October, 2009, 50.000 units, regarding the increase of the issue "Warrants s/ Sonae - Call - 1,2 EUR - 18.03.2010", issued by the company Commerzbank Aktiengesellshaft, were registered, under the code KEGGWP. These warrants are fungible with 200.000 warrants already issued (total amount in circulation: 250.000).
