We hereby inform that, on 27th October, 2009, 50.000 units, regarding the increase of the issue "Warrants s/ Sonae Ind. - Call - 3,5 EUR - 17.12.2009", issued by the company Commerzbank Aktiengesellshaft, were registered, under the code KEH4WP. These warrants are fungible with 150.000 warrants already issued (total amount in circulation: 200.000).
