We hereby inform that, on 22th February, 2010, 3.180 units of commercial paper, with a nominal value of 50.000,00 EUR, of the company Portugal Telecom - S.G.P.S., S.A., shall be registered, regarding the issue "PT SGPS-471ª EM.PC-PRG.425M EUR (BST)", under the code PT1ZJM.
This issue will be cancelled on 22th March, 2010.
