We hereby inform that, on 21th April, 2010, 3.360 units of commercial paper, with a nominal value of 50.000,00 EUR, of the company Portugal Telecom - S.G.P.S., S.A., shall be registered, regarding the issue "PT SGPS - 476ª EM. PC - PRG.425 M. EUR (BST)", under the code PT1AJM.
This issue will be cancelled on 21th May, 2010.
