We hereby inform that, on 7th May, 2010, 2.680 units of commercial paper, with a nominal value of 50.000,00 EUR, of the company Portugal Telecom - S.G.P.S., S.A., shall be registered, regarding the issue "PT S.G.P.S. - 477ª Emissão PC - PRG 425M EUR (BST)", under the code PT13JM.
This issue will be cancelled on 7th June, 2010.
