We hereby inform that, on 7th June, 2010, 2.340 units of commercial paper, with a nominal value of 50.000,00 EUR, of the company Portugal Telecom - S.G.P.S., S.A., shall be registered, regarding the issue "PT SGPS - 480ª EM PC - PRG 425M EUR ", under the code PT15JM.
This issue will be cancelled on 29th June, 2010.
