We hereby inform that, on 25th June, 2010, 95.589.500.000 bonds of company Instituto de Gestão da Tesouraria e do Crédito Público, I.P. were registered, regarding the loan "OT 3,35% 15 Outubro 2015", which auction took place on 23th June, 2010, under the code OTE3OE. These bonds are fungible with 869.310.300.000 bonds already issued (total amount in circulation: 964.899.800.000).
