We hereby inform that, on 30th June, 2010, 3.000 units of commercial paper, with a nominal value of 50.000,00 EUR, of the company EDP - Energias de Portugal, S.A., shall be registered, regarding the issue "EDP - 307ª Em. PC - PRG. 350 M. EUR (BST)", under the code ED1IJM.
This issue will be cancelled on 30th July, 2010.
