We hereby inform that, on 30th June, 2010, 3.100 units of commercial paper, with a nominal value of 50.000,00 EUR, of the company Portugal Telecom - S.G.P.S., S.A., shall be registered, regarding the issue "PT S.G.P.S. 2010 - 1ª Em. PC - PRG.250 M. EUR (BST)", under the code PT17JM.
This issue will be cancelled on 14th July, 2010.
