We hereby inform that, on 21th July, 2010, 2.400 units of commercial paper, with a nominal value of 50.000,00 EUR, of the company Portugal Telecom - S.G.P.S., S.A., shall be registered, regarding the issue "PT SGPS-484ª EM.PC-PRG.425M EUR", under the code PT19JM.
This issue will be cancelled on 23th August, 2010.
