We hereby inform that, on 13th August, 2010, 3.100 units of commercial paper, with a nominal value of 50.000,00 EUR, of the company Portugal Telecom - S.G.P.S., S.A., shall be registered, regarding the issue "PT SGPS 2010 -3ª EM.PC-PRG.250 M. EUR", under the code PT1FJM.
This issue will be cancelled on 13th September, 2010.
