We hereby inform that, on 29th October, 2010, 1.260 units of commercial paper, with a nominal value of 50.000,00 EUR, of the company Portugal Telecom - S.G.P.S., S.A., shall be registered, regarding the issue "PT S.G.P.S. - 495ª Emissão PC - PRG 425M EUR ", under the code PT1NJM.
This issue will be cancelled on 22th November, 2010.
