We hereby inform that, on 29th October, 2010, 940 units of commercial paper, with a nominal value of 50.000,00 EUR, of the company REN - Redes Energéticas Nacionais, S.G.P.S., S.A., shall be registered, regarding the issue "REN S.G.P.S. - 50ª em PC - PRG 100 M EUR ", under the code RE2TJM.
This issue will be cancelled on 11th November, 2010.
