We hereby inform that, on 12th November, 2010, 55.600.000.000 bonds of Instituto de Gestão da Tesouraria e do Crédito Público, I.P. shall be registered, regarding the loan "OT 4,20% 15 Outubro 2016", which auction took place on 10th November, 2010, under the code OTE6OE. These bonds are fungible with 562.900.000.000 bonds already issued (total amount in circulation: 618.500.000.000).
