We hereby inform that, on 19th November, 2010, 10.000 units of commercial paper, with a nominal value of 50.000,00 EUR, of BPN - Banco Português de Negócios, S.A., were registered, regarding the issue "BPN - 5ª Emissão PC 2009 - PROG. 1.000 M. EUR", under the code BPNXJM.
This issue will be cancelled on 26th November, 2010.
