We hereby inform that, on 25th November, 2010, 360 units of commercial paper, with a nominal value of 50.000,00 EUR, of the company REN - Redes Energéticas Nacionais, S.G.P.S., S.A., were registered, regarding the issue "REN S.G.P.S. - 56ª em PC - PRG 100 M EUR (CBI)", under the code RE3CJM.
This issue will be cancelled on 9th December, 2010.
