We hereby inform that, on 10th December, 2010, 10.000 units of commercial paper, with a nominal value of 50.000,00 EUR, of BPN - Banco Português de Negócios, S.A., shall be registered, regarding the issue "BPN - 8ª EM PC 2009 - PRG 1.000 M. EUR (Caixa BI)", under the code BPN1JM.
This issue will be cancelled on 17th December, 2010.
