We hereby inform that, on 31th December, 2010, 540 units of commercial paper, with a nominal value of 50.000,00 EUR, of the company REN - Redes Energéticas Nacionais, S.G.P.S., S.A., shall be registered, regarding the issue "REN S.G.P.S. - 16ª Emissão PC - PRG 200 M EUR", under the code RE3IJM.
This issue will be cancelled on 7th January, 2011.
