We hereby inform that, on 6th January, 2011, 1.172 units of commercial paper, with a nominal value of 50.000,00 EUR, of the company SAG Gest - Soluções Automóvel Globais - S.G.P.S., S.A., shall be registered, regarding the issue "SAG Gest, S.G.P.S. - 1ª Emissão PC - PRG 58.600.000 EUR", under the code SA1CJM.
This issue will be cancelled on 31th January, 2011.
