We hereby inform that, on 25th February, 2011, 100 units of commercial paper, with a nominal value of 50.000,00 EUR, of the company REN - Redes Energéticas Nacionais, S.G.P.S., S.A., were registered, regarding the issue "REN S.G.P.S. 2008 - 254ª em PC", under the code RE4MJM.
This issue will be cancelled on 10th March, 2011.
