We hereby inform that, on 1st March, 2011, 2.900 units of commercial paper, with a nominal value of 50.000,00 EUR, of the company BRISA - Concessão Rodoviária, S.A., shall be registered, regarding the issue "BCR - 6ª Emissão PC - Programa 300 M EUR", under the code B1SMJM.
This issue will be cancelled on 1st April, 2011.
