We hereby inform that, on 18th March, 2011, the corporate name of "PT PRIME TRADECOM - Soluções Empresariais de Comércio Electrónico, S.A." was changed to "YUNIT Serviços, S.A.". The shares representing the share capital shall remain registered under the code PTP AM.
