We hereby inform that, on 30^th March, 2011, the issue of bonds "Banco Santander Totta/2010 - EUR 175 M. - Covered Bonds due 2014 - ser.4 - Tr.3", registered in the Securities Central under the code BSPOOE, shall be cancelled, due to its total redemption take place on that date, as indicated by the Issuing Entity.
