We hereby inform that, on 31th March, 2011, 1.000 units of commercial paper, with a nominal value of 50.000,00 EUR, of the company GALP Energia - S.G.P.S., S.A., shall be registered, regarding the issue "GALP ENERGIA - 252ª Emissão PC - PRG 150M EUR", under the code GA1JJM.
This issue will be cancelled on 15th April, 2011.
