We hereby inform that, on 26th May, 2011, 940 units of commercial paper, with a nominal value of 50.000,00 EUR, of the company REN - Redes Energéticas Nacionais, S.G.P.S., S.A., shall be registered, regarding the issue "REN SGPS 2008 - 279 ª Emissão PC - PRG 200 M EUR ", under the code RE3VJM.
This issue will be cancelled on 9th June, 2011.
