We hereby inform that, on 30th May, 2011, 980 units of commercial paper, with a nominal value of 50.000,00 EUR, of the company REN - Redes Energéticas Nacionais, S.G.P.S., S.A., shall be registered, regarding the issue "REN S.G.P.S. - 30ª Em. PC - PRG 200M EUR (CBI)", under the code RE3XJM.
This issue will be cancelled on 21th June, 2011.
