We hereby inform that, on 15th June, 2011, 1.100 units of commercial paper, with a nominal value of 50.000,00 EUR, of the company BRISA - CONCESSÃO Rodoviária, S.A., were registered, regarding the issue "Brisa Concessão - 12ª EM PC - PROGRAMA 300M EUR ", under the code B1S5JM.
This issue will be cancelled on 22th July, 2011.
