We hereby inform that, on 30th June, 2011, 400 units of commercial paper, with a nominal value of 50.000,00 EUR, of the company Sonae Investimentos, S.G.P.S., S.A., shall be registered, regarding the issue "Sonae Investimentos - 62 Em.PC. - PROG.20 M.EUR(BST)", under the code MO2ZJM.
This issue will be cancelled on 29th July, 2011.
