We hereby inform that, on 1st July, 2011, 3.000 units of commercial paper, with a nominal value of 50.000,00 EUR, of the company GALP Energia - S.G.P.S., S.A., shall be registered, regarding the issue "GALP Energia - 263ª Em. PC ex GDP - PRG 150M EUR (BST)", under the code GA1XJM.
This issue will be cancelled on 8th July, 2011.
