We hereby inform that, on 13th July, 2011, 5.000 units of commercial paper, with a nominal value of 50.000,00 EUR, of the company GALP Energia - S.G.P.S., S.A., shall be registered, regarding the issue "GALP Energia - 72 Emissão PC - PRG 150 M EUR", under the code GA1ZJM.
This issue will be cancelled on 12th August, 2011.
