We hereby inform that, on 29th July, 2011, 4.000 units of commercial paper, with a nominal value of 50.000,00 EUR, of the company REFER - Rede Ferroviaria Nacional, EP, shall be registered, regarding the issue "REFER - 51ª Emissão PC - PROG. 250 M. EUR (BST)", under the code CP1OJM.
This issue will be cancelled on 4th August, 2011.
