We hereby inform that, on 16th August, 2011, 1.300 units of commercial paper, with a nominal value of 50.000,00 EUR, of the company Brisa Concessão Rodoviária, S.A., shall be registered, regarding the issue "BRISA CONCESSÃO - 17ª Emissão PC - Programa 300M EUR", under the code B2SDJM.
This issue will be cancelled on 16th September, 2011.
