We hereby inform that, on 2nd September, 2011, 460 units of commercial paper, with a nominal value of 50.000,00 EUR, of the company REN - Redes Energéticas Nacionais, S.G.P.S., S.A., shall be registered, regarding the issue "REN SGPS 2008 - 316ª Emissão - PRG 200 M EUR ", under the code RE1JJM.
This issue will be cancelled on 15th September, 2011.
