We hereby inform that, on 8th September, 2011, 360 units of commercial paper, with a nominal value of 50.000,00 EUR, of the company REN - Redes Energéticas Nacionais, S.G.P.S., S.A., shall be registered, regarding the issue "REN SGPS 2008 - 318 EMISSAO PC - PRG.200 M.EUR (BST)", under the code RE1LJM.
This issue will be cancelled on 22th September, 2011.
