We hereby inform that, on 16th September, 2011, 1.300 units of commercial paper, with a nominal value of 50.000,00 EUR, of the company BRISA - CONCESSÃO Rodoviária, S.A., shall be registered, regarding the issue "BCR - 19ª Em. PC - Programa 300M EUR (CBI)", under the code B2SFJM.
This issue will be cancelled on 24th October, 2011.
